grantor of the foregoing deed for the conveyance
of real Estate for and in consideration of the prem
ises in Said deed, recited and in further, con
Sideration of the Sum of one dollar to me paid
by E.E. Adamson, the receipt whereof is hereby ac-
knowledged, at and before the Signing and delivery
of these presents, do renounce, releas and relinquish
unto the E.E. Adamson, all my right claim or
Equity of Dower in and to the premises by Said
deed conveyed as fully and absolutely as I might
or could, in any way do: the Same in witness
whereof I have hereunto Set my hand and affixed
my Seal this third day of March AD 1857.
