the delivery hereof hath bargained and Sold and by
these presants doth Grant and convey to the Said
party of the Second part, his heirs and assigns
forever all that certain peice or parcel of Land
lying and being in the County of Alachua State
of Florida, and which is Know and discribed as
follows To Wit, NW1/4, of NW Quater, of Section
No 21 in Township No 8, Eight South of Range
nineteen East, Containing forty acres more or less,
together with all and Singular, the tenaments
herediatments of the Said party of the first part
therein and the Said party of the first part doth
hereby covenant and agree with the Said party
of the Second part, that at the time of delivering
hereof the said party of the first part is the Lawful
Owner of the premises above granted and Seized thereof
in fee Simple absolute and that he will warrant
and defend the above granted premises in the
Quiet and peaceable possession of the Said party
of the Second part his heirs and assigns forever

This Indenture maid the twenty nineth day of Ja-
nary AD One Thousand Eight hundred and forty Seven
Between Mitchell Kirtlin of the County of Alachua
and State of Florida of the first part and Berry F.
Parker of the Same place of the Second part Whereas
the Said Mitchel Kirtlin is desirous to make provis-
ions for his wife Martha A. against future Contingences
and for her maintenance and Surport and whereas the
Said Mitchell Kirtlin would place Some property
beyond his control or interferances Now therefore
this Indenture Witnesseth that the Said Mitchel
Kirtlin in consideration of the premeses and of
the Sum of One Dollar to him in hand paid by
the party of the Second part the Receipt Whereof
is hireby acknowledged hath bargained Sold
aliened remised released conveyed and Confirmed
and by these presents doth bargain Sell alien
remise release Convey and confirm unto the
