property to wit: Fifty head of Cattle marked Swa=
low Forked and under bit, in each ear, Branded
(M.K.) Forty head of hogs marked as the cattle
above described together with four head of Horses
together with the appertainances and also all
the Estate right title and interest of the
Said party of the first part in and to the
above described real Estate To Have and to
all and Singular the above described premises
together with the personal property unto
the Said Berry F. Parker his Successors
or assigns, In Trust, to and for the
Several uses, intents and purposes, herein
after mentioned namely,
 First to manage and Superintend - keep the prem
ises in good order, pay all Taxes and assessments
that may be imposed thereon
Secondly, In Trust to pay over the income of
Said Real Estate and personally property
to my wife Martha A. Upon her Sole and Seperate
receipt to the Intent that she may enjoy and have the
same free from all Control during the term Of her natural
life Thirdly In trust to Convey the said Land and also
the above mentioned personal property to such
person or persons as the said Martha A. by
her last Will and Testimony Or by any
instrument in the Nature of a last
Will and Testiment Subscribed by her in the
presence of Two Witnesses Notwithstanding
her coverture may direct and apoint And
the said Michel Kirtlin hereby declare that up-
on the decease of his Said wife Marth A. the Said
trust Shall cease and determine and the Land
and the personal property above described
Shall belong to Such person or persons as
the Said Martha A. Shall direct and appoint
The land in fee Simple the personal proper
ty absolute And in default of Such appoint
tment Shall revert to the Said Mitchell Kirt
lin the Grantor herein mentioned and his heirs
forever And the Said party of the second part
doth hereby Signify his acceptance of this trust
and doth hereby covenant and agree to and with
the Said party of the first part faithfully to
discharge and Execute the Same according to
the true intent and manner of these presence
