 Know all men by these presens that we Gabriel
S. Sanchez of the County of Alachua in the State
of Florida and Elizabeth Jane Ann Sanchez
wif of Said Gabriel S. Sanchis in her own
right, in consideration of the Sum of one hun
dred Dollars to us paid by Philip Dell of Said
County and State the receipt whereof is here
by acknowledged, do by these presents Give
Grant, bargain Sell and convey unto the
Said Philip Dell, his heirs and assigns all
that parcel of Lands Situated in Said County
of Alachua and more particularly known and
described according to the United States Survey
as Lot Number Fourteen, in Section Number
Thirty one, in Township Seven South of Range
Twenty East containing Eighty acres more or
less said Entry being maid by military Land
warrant Number 18687 and all the right
title and Interest which they have or either
of them hath in or to the Same or any part
or parcel thereof to have and to hold the above
described real Estate, with the appertainances
to the Said Philip Dell, his heirs and assigns
to his and their behoof forever, and the Said
Gabrel S. Sanches for himself, his heirs Exe
cutors and Administrators doth covnant with
the said Philip Dell his heirs and assigns
That immediately before the Sealing and delivery
hereof he the Said Gabriel S. Sanchez and Eliza-
abeth Jane Ann Sanchez his wife in her
right are lawfully Seized in fee of the above
conveyed real Estate that the Same is free
from all incumberances and that the Said
Gabriel S. Sanchez, his heirs Executors and
administrators and the Said Elizabeth Jane Ann
Sanchez his wife her heirs Executors and Admin
istrators Shall and will warrant and defend
the same to the said Philip Dell his heirs
and assigns against the Lawful claims and de=
mands of all persons. In Witness whereof the Said
Gabriel S. Sanchez and Elizabeth Jane Ann
Sanchez, his wife have hereunto Set their
hands and Seals this Seventh day of February in
the year of our Lord Eighteen hundred and fifty Seven
