 This Indenture maid this the 30th day of January
AD One thousand Eight hundred and fifty seven
Between David J. Ridaught of the first County
of Alachua and State of Florida party of the 
first part and A. Hague of the same place
party of the second part. Witnesseth that the
said party of the first part for and in con
sideration of the sum of seven Dollars to
him in hand paid by the party of the second
part. The receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
hath granted bargained sould aliened and
conveyed and do by these presents grant ba
rgain sell alien and convey unto the par-
ty of the second part, all that certain tract
or parcel of land lying and being situated
