To have and to hold the above granted and bargained
premises with the appurtanances thereof unto the party
of the Second his heirs and assigns to his or therin own
proper use benefit and behoof, forever and the
Said party of the first part binds himself
his heirs and assigns to warrant and defend for

to me in hand paid by Hayne the Receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged is hereby remissed
released relinquished and forever quit claim
all my right of Dower in and to the premises
by said deed conveyed as fully and absolutely
as I might or could do the Same

Seven Between John B. Standley of the County
of Alachua and State of Florida Penelope
his wife of the first part, and Samuel Giger
of the Same place of the Second part
     Witnesseth That the Said parties of the first
part for and in consideration of the Sum of Three
Thousand Dollars to them in hand paid at
or before the Sealing and Delivery of these presents
by the Said party of the Second part, The
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have 
bargained granted, Sold, aliened conveyed and
confirmed and by these presance, do grant bargain
Sell, alien release convey and confirm unto the
Said party of the Second part his heirs
