     This Indenture made this 6th day of January AD 1857
between William Sapp of the State of Florida
and County of Alachua party of the first part
Burrell *. Stokes of the State of Florida and
County of Alachua of the Second part,
     Witnesseth that the Said party of the first
part for and in consideration of the Sum
of fifty Dollars Lawful money of the United State
of America to him in hand paid by the Said
party of the Second at and before the ensealing
and delivery of these presents the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged Have granted
bargained Sold and by the Presents do grant
bargain and Sell unto the Said party of the
Second part all that certain Lot parcel or tract
of Land and Premises situate lying and being
in the county of Alachua and State of Florida
and Known as Lot No (10) Ten of Fractional 
quarter Section No (27) Twenty Seven, In Township
No (10) Ten South of Range No (18) Eighteen
East containing Twenty nine and Twenty hundredths
of an acre Together with all and Singular the
tenements hereditaments improvements belonging
or in any wise appertaining to the
Same to have and to hold The Said premises and
any part thereof with the Improvements in fee
Simple forever, and the Said party of the first
part for himself his heirs Executors and admin-
istrators the Said Lot Tract or parcel of Land
and premises with the appertenances unto the
Said party of the Second part, his heirs Ex-
ecutors and administrators against all
And any other person and persons whoever
lawfully claiming or to claim the
Same by from through or under them or
either of them Shall and will by these presents
forever warrant and defend In witness whereof
