the Subscriber a Justice of the peace in and for
the State and County aforesaid Personaly came
and appeared Mary N. Bailey who being duly
examined by me Seperate and apart from her
husband acknowledged and declared that She
Signed Sealed and delivered the within or forego
ing Indenture for the purposes and with the
intent and thereby to convey all her interest
and to relinquish and renounces all her Dow
er and right of dower in and to the Said
tract Lot or parcel of Land and premises in
Said Indenture mentioned and described as
Sold and conveyed and that The same was
done by her freely and Voluntarily and without
and compulsion constraint apprehension or
fear of or from her Said husband the Said

This Indenture made and entered into this the Eighth
day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand
Eight hundred and fifty Six Between George
W. Sanches of the County of Alachua and State
of Florida and Harriet Ann his wife of the
first part, And Thomas A. Bradford of the
Same place of the Second part, Witnesseth
that the Said parties of the first part, for
and in consideration of the Sum of four
Thousand Eight hundred dollars to them
in hand paid by the Said party of the Sec
ond part, at and before the ensealing and
delivery of these presents the receipt whereof they
do hereby acknowledged and the Said party of
the Second, his heirs Executors and Admin
istrators forever releas and discharge from
the Same by these presents, hath bargained
granted Sould aliened released conveyed
and confirmed and by these presents do grant
bargain Sell alien and release convey and
confirm unto the said party of the Second
part his heirs and assigns forever all that
certain tract or parcel of Land lying and
