being being and situate in the County of Alachua
and State of Florida, and designated on the map
of the Arredondo Grant (of which said grant it
formes part and parcel) as follows to wit, Section
No. Two (2) in Township Nine (9) of Range No
Eighteen (18) containing Two hundred and nine
ty six and sixty three hundredths acres more or
less, which said tract is more particularly described
in a deed from the Executives of the last will
and testament of Joseph Lawton dec of Charles
ton South Carolina to the aforesaid George
W. Sanchez, and which said deed is recorded
in the Clerks office of Alachua County in the 3rd Book
of deeds *** Also, the following described tract
or parcel of Lands. To wit Beginning at the point
where the west boundary of the Fernandez Grant inter
sects the road leading from Newnansville to Mica
nopy, and running thence in a straight line
in a southwesterly direction to the point where
said road intersects the North Boundary of the
Arredondo Grant, thence west along said line
or Boundary to the point where it (the said line
or boundary) last named, intersects the west Boundary 
of the Fernandez Grant, and thence along said
line or boundary to the place of beginning containing
Eighty four acres, and ninety five hundredths
of an acre more or less. The same being part and
parcel of a tract of Land containing four hundred
acres being in the aforesaid Fernandez Grant
Sould to the aforesaid Sanchez by Joseph Lawton

83/100 of an acre according to the plats of surveys in
the United States Lands office at Newnansville

Receipt Numbered, 3598 & 3599, Together with
all and singular the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances to the same belonging or in any
wise appertaining: and the reversion and reversions
remainder & remainders rents issues and profits
thereof, and also, all the Estate rights and titles
interest claim and demands whatsoever both in
Law and Equity of the said parties of the first
part of in and to the same and every part and
parcel thereof with the appurtenances. To have
