and described and granted and conveyed or in
tended so to be, with the appurtenances unto
the said party of the Second part, his heirs and
assigns, to his and their only proper use, benefit
and behoof forever, And I the said George W.
Sanchez for my self my heirs Executors and ad-
ministrators do hereby covenant and agree to and
with the said Thomas A. Bradford his heirs
Executors and administrators and assigns that I am
now the Lawful owner of the above described prem
ises and appurtenances that I am seized of a good
and indefeasible estate of inheritance therein that
I have full power, and right to sell and con-
vey the same, in fee simple forever and that
I my heirs Executors administrators will and
shall forever warrant and defend the said prem
ises with the appurtenances unto the said Thomas
A. Bradford, his heirs or assigns against all and
every person or persons lawfully claiming or to
claim the same by these presents. In witness
whereof we have hereunto set our hands
and seals this the day and year first above

Alachua County   } Be it known that on this the
12th day of April AD 1857 before the subscriber
a Justice of the peace, in and for the County
and State aforesaid personally came George W.
Sanchez and Harriet Ann (his wife) both to
me well known and acknowledged that they
executed the foregoing deed of conveyance for
the purposes therein mentioned.

Alachua County   } On this 12th day of April AD
1857 before me the subscriber a Justice of the peace
in and for the County and State aforesaid, personally
appeared Harriet Ann wife of George W. Sanchez
to me well known who being of full age on a private
examination separate and apart from her said
husband acknowledged that she executed the fore
going deed, freely and voluntarily and with
out any compulsion constraint apprehension
or fear of or from her said husband. In wit-
ness whereof she has set her hand and seal the
day and year above written
