This Indenture maid and entered into this the
fourteenth day of November in the year of our Lord
One thousand Eight hundred and fifty Six between
Simon Sikes of the County of Houston and State
of Georgia of the first part and James C. Stanley
of the County of Alachua and State of Florida of
the Second part; Witnesseth that the Said party of the
first part for and in consideration of the Sum
of One thousand and Sixty dollars to him in hand
paid by the Said party of the Second part at and
before the ensealing and delivery of these presents
The Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged; have
Granted bargained, Sold aliened remised released
assign, Conveys and confirmed and by these presents
do grant, bargain Sell alien, remise, release
convey and confirm unto the Said party of
the Second part all that certain parcel or tract
of Land Situated in the County of Alachua
and State of Florida Known and described in
the official plats of Surveys in the United
States Land Office at Newnansville Florida
as the South East quarter of Section Number thirty
four; And the South East quarter of the North
East quarter of Section number thirty five all in
Township Eight South of Range Eighteen East
and Lot number one of fractional Section number
three (3) in Township nine South of Range
Eighteen East, Containing in all Two hundred
and ninety two and 50/100 acres more or less, 
together with all and singular the improvements
and appertanances there unto belonging or in
any wise appertaining and the Remainder or 
Remainders, reversion or reversions rents issues
and profits thereof, To have and to hold the above
described premises with the appurtances with
the Said James C. Stanley party of the Second
part his heirs and assigns forever in fee simple
and the Said party of the first part for himself
his heirs Executors and administrators unto the
Said party of the Second part, his heirs Executors
Administrators and assigns against him
the Said party of the first part, and all persons
claiming by this right or under him
against all persons whomsoever The Said
bargained and granted Premises will defend
forever and warrant by these presents
