virtue and it is agreed by and between

Downing is to hold and enjoy the said
premises until default of payment shall

Alachua County   } Know all men that Henry
Bradford of the County and State aforesaid
for and in consideration of the sum of Eight
hundred Dollars to him in hand paid by Mary
Clark of the said County and State the receipt
thereof is hereby acknowledged do freely grant
bargain sell and convey to the said Mary Clark
her heirs and assigns forever the following real
