together with all the Privileges and appurtenances

Alachua County    }  Know all men by these presents that
I, Tillman Ingram of the County and State aforesaid for and
in consideration of the Sum of Twenty two Thousand dollars
to me paid in hand have bargained and Sold unto David
R. Williams of the State and County aforesaid all that tract or
parcel of Land Situated within the Arredondo Grant, State
and County aforesaid and Known in the plats of Survey
of Said Grant maid by Messrs Burr and Washington
as the Property of D.L. Clinch containing one Thousand acres
and bounded on the North by a tract of land dessignated on
Said plat as lands of Thomas Napier on the East, by Section
twenty (2) Township (10) ten, Range (20) twenty on the South
by a tract of Land dessignated on Said plat as lands owned
by John H. McIntosh On the west by fractional Section (24)
twenty four, Township ten Range (19) nineteen of Lands now
belonging to the Estate of Maxey Dell (Dec.) And I do here
by bargain Sell, and Releas deliver and convey into the Said
David R. Williams all my right title and Interest in
the above described lands together with all the rights mem-
bers hereditaments and appertenances incident thereto
or in any wise appertaining And do hereby bind myself
my heirs Executors and assigns to warrant and forever
defend unto the Said David R. Williams his heirs Executors
and assigns, the above described Lands against all persons
Lawfully Claiming the Same or any part thereof, In tes
timony I have hereunto Set my hand and affixed my seal
this the 6th day of February 1857
