Know all men by these presents that I J.A.L. Ingram the
wife of Tilman Ingram the grantor of the foregoing deed
for the Conveyance of Real estate or and in consideration
of the Said premises in the Said deed recited, and in for
the consideration of one dollar to me paid by D.
R. Williams the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
before the Sealing and delivery of these presents, do Renounce
release Relinquish unto the Said D.R. Williams all
my right Claim or Equity of dower in and to the
premises by Said deed conveyed as fully and absolute
ly as I might or could in any way do the Same Wit
ness my hand and Seal this the 6th day of Feb 1857

her husband acknowledged and declared that She had
executed the Same freely and voluntarily on her
part and without any compulsion constraint
apprehension or fear of or from her Said husband
