of Alachua County Eastern Circut of Florida do
hereby certify that Robt Youngblood before whom the
foregoing acknowledgement, was maid is and was at the
time of takeing the same and acting Justice of the pe
ace in and for Alachua County Florida and com
missioned and qualified according to Law and that his
official Signature to the Same is genuine and that
full faith and credit Should be given to all his acts
as Such Justice of the peace.

Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents that I,
James M. Sparkman of the County of Alachua and Sta
te of Florida for and in consideration of the Sum of Three
Thousand & Three hundred Dollars to me in hand paid had
granted bargained Sould and by these Presents do bar
gain Sell all convey unto Thomas Fraser of the afore-
Said County and State all that certain Lot or parcel
of Land Situated in the County of Alachua and State of
Florida and described as follows to wit the South West qu
ater of the South East quater of Section one in Township
Eight South of Range nineteen East, in the District of
Lands Subject to the Sale at Newnansville Florida Containing
forty acres and the North west quarter of Section Twelve in
Township Eigh South of Range nineteen East in the District
of Lands Subject to the Sale at Newnansville Florida con-
taining Forty acres and two hundredths of an acre and the
South half of Lot No Eight of section one in Township
No Eight South of Range No nineteen East Containing
Forty three acres and the north half of Lot No three quaters
of Section No Twelve in Township No Eight South of Range
No nineteen East Containing thirty Six acres and Seventy
Seven hundredths of an acre and the South East quater of
the South west of Section No One in Township No Eight
South of Range No nineteen east containing Forty acres
and the South half of Lot No Eight in section No Six
