No Twenty East containing one hundred and twenty five acres
and twenty three hundredths of an acre and the South half
of Lots No five and Six and Lot No nine quarter of Section
six in Township Eight South of Range Twenty East,
in the District of Lands Subject to the sale at Newn-
ansville Florida containing one hundred and sixty
acres and fourteen hundredths of an acre said Lots conta
ining in the whole Four hundred and Sixty Six acres
and forty six hundredths of an acre with all the apper
tanances and all right title Interest claim and
demands of in or to the Premises To have and to hold
the same with the appertanances unto the said Thomas
Fraser and his heirs in fee simple forever and I the
said James M. Sparkman for myself and my heirs
do hereby covenant and agree to and with the said
Thomas Fraser and his heirs and assigns that I
am now the owner of the said premises and are seized
of a good and indefeasable Estate of inheritance therein
and that I have full right and power to convey
the same in fee simple absolute that the said prim
mises are free and clear from all incumbrances
that the said Thomas Fraser his heirs and assigns
may forever hereafter have hold possess and enjoy the
same without any suit, molestation or interruption
by any person whatsoever lawfully claiming any
right therein and that I the said James M. Spar
kman and all persons hereafter claiming under
me will at any time hereafter at the request and the
expense of the said Thomas Fraser his heirs or as
signs make all further assurances for the more
effectual conveying of the said Premises with the
appertainances as may be reasonably required of him
or them and that I the said James M. Spark-
man and my heirs will warrant, and defend the
said premises with the appertainances unto the
said Thomas Frasier his heirs and assigns forever

that I Siny Sparkman wife of the within named
James M. Sparkman for and in consideration
of the sum of three thousand three hundred
dollars to me in hand paid by the within Thomas
Fraser do hereby relinquish and renounce all
my Dower and right of Dower in and to the
