Premises mentioned in the within Indenture to the said
Thomas Fraser and I do hereby acknowledge that the
said relinquishment and renunciation of Dower is
maid freely and voluntarily and without any compul
sion constraint apprehension or fear of or from the
within named James M. Sparkman my said hus
band. Taken and acknowledged by the said Siny Spar
kman separate and apart from her said husband.

I Andrew Robb Judge of Probate in and for
said State and County for and in consideration of the
sum of Sixty two dollars and seventy cts, lawful mon
ey of the United States of America paid by Wm Axer
to James B. Bailey Treasurer of said County. The rece-
ipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have bargained sold
released conveyed and confirmed unto William Axer
his heirs and assigns the following the following Lot
of Land in the Town of Gainesville Viz Block 4 Range
4 and I Andrew Robb by virtue of the power vested
in me as Judge of Probate for my self as such Ju
dge and for my successors in office do and will by
these presents forever warrant and defend the pre
remises aforesaid to the said William Axer and to
his heirs and assigns In witness whereof I have here
unto set my hand and affixed my seal this (7th) day
of March A.D. 1857.
