Personally appeared before me S.W. Burnett II. a Justice
of the peace in and for Alachua County State of
Florida Hannett A. Sanches to me well known
to be the person who Executed, the above relinquish-
ment of Dower and acknowledged that she had
Executed the same freely and voluntarially
and with out any compulsion constraint appr
ehension or fear of or from her Said husband
and I certify that Said acknowledgement,
was maid, Separately and apart from her hus-
band, Witnesseth my hand and seal this 15 day of Sep-
tember A.D. 1854.

This Indenture made and entered into this 5th day
of June one thousand Eight hundred and fifty six
Between Elias Clark and his wife Mary of the
County of Alachua of the first part, and Silas
Weeks of the second part. Witnesseth that the said
parties of the first part for and in consideration
of the sum of two hundred dollars to him in
him in hand paid by the party of the second
part, the Receipt where of is hereby acknowleded
before the sealing and delivery of these presents,
have granted bargained sold released and con-
veyed confirmed: these presence do give grant
bargain sell convey and confirm unto the
said party of the second, and to his heirs &
assigns forever, all that tract or certain
parcel of land Situate in the County of Al-
achua, and State of Florida Known and descr-
bed as follows, to wit the North East quarter
of North East Quarter Section Thirty two
in township No Eight to south of Range
Number (22) twenty two Containing in
all forty acres more or less together with all the
priveleges, improvements and appertaina
naces of same, and the rents issues and prof
its thereof, To have and to hold the aforesaid gra
nted, premises with the appertanances unto
the said Silas Weeks his heirs and assigns
forever, and the said parties of the first part
for themselves their heirs Executors and Ad-
ministrators the aforesaid grantee, premises
against them the parties of the first part to
their heirs Executors administrators and
against all persons claiming said premises
Will Warrant and forever defend by these
presents, In testamoney whereof we the par-
ties of the first part have hereunto set our hands
