Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents that
I Thomas Dyall of the County and State aforesaid par
ty of the first part and Silas Weeks party of the second
part of the same County and State Witnesseth that
the said party of the first part for and in con
sideration of the sum of Two thousand dollars
Lawful money of the United States Paid to me by
the party of the second part, the Receipt whereof
I do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained
sold conveyed and confirmed unto the said par
ty of the second part: and by these presents do grant
bargain sell convey and confirm unto the said
party of the second part his heirs and assigns a
certain tract, or parcel of Land situate lying
and being in the County of Alachua and State
of Florida with all and singular the herediaments
and appertainances thereunto belonging or in any
wise appertaining and known and described as
follows to wit, Lot No Eight & nine (8 & 9) In
section Twenty nine (29) Township Eight (8)
south of Range Twenty two (22) East Contain
ing one hundred and twenty four acres and
sixty hundredths of an acre To have and to hold
the above granted premises to the said party of
the second part, his heirs and assigns to his and
their use and behoof forever. And I the said 
Thomas Dyall for myself, my heirs Executors
and administrators do covenant, and agree with
with the said party of the second part, his
heirs and assigns that I am lawfully seized in
fee simple of the above granted premises that
they are free from all incumbrances that I,
hold good right to sell and convey the same
as aforesaid to the said party of the second part
his heirs and assigns and that I will and my
heirs Executors and administrators shall and will
warrant and by these presents forever defend the
same to the said party of the second part his
heirs and assigns forever against the lawful
claim and demand of all persons whatsoever
