Alachua County } Know all men by these presents that
I William H. Stringfellow of the State and County
& County aforesaid have conveyed granted and given &
released unto my beloved Sallie A. Stringfellow,
and in the event of her dieing intestate to the heir
or heirs of her body, all my right, title claim and
interest in the following Negroes to wit, the man
Burrel, woman Julia & her Children Sarah Will
iam Josh Stephen Andrew, Caroline & Nancy, &
the woman, Lavinia & her Children Hester
& Lizzy together with all increase born hereafter
to them and by these presence do warrant , and
defend the same to her and in event of her dieing
intestate against myself and all others on my
account, lawfully claiming or to claim the sa
me, to the heirs of her body. In testamony whereof
I hereunto subscribe my name and seal, this

This Indenture made this twenty ninth
day of January A.D. One Thousand Eight
hundred & Fifty Seven between Wm A. Parker
party of the first part and George L. Brown
party of the second part both of the County
of Alachua State of Florida Witnesseth
that the party of the first part for
and in Consideration of the sum of
Six hundred Dollars to him in hand
paid at and before the sealing and delivery
of these presents by the party of the second
part hath bargained aliened sold and
Delivered and by these presents do
bargain sell alien remise lease
and confirm unto the said party
of the second part his heirs executors
and administrators all that
parcel of Land lying and being
situate in the Town of Newnansville
and known as the South half
