Of South half Lot No four (4) in Block
no three (3) in Range No two (2) as
will appear from the map of the Town
on file in the Probates Office with all the
tenaments and appertainances there unto be
longing or in any wise appertaining to the said
party of the second part his heirs and assigns
To have and to hold the above discribed and
granted premises unto the said party of the sec-
ond part, his heirs Executors and administrators
forever in fee simple. In witness whereof the

The State of South Carolina
                   Know all men by these presents
that I John Houston McIntosh Clinch of the State
of Georgia Executor of the last will and testament of
Duncan L. Clinch Deceased in consideration of the
sum of Four Thousand Dollars to me paid by
James W. Harrison have granted bargained sould
and released and by these presents do grant, bargain
sell and release unto the said James W. Harrison
all that piece parcel, or tract of land situate
lying and being in Alachua County in the State
of Florida within the bounds of the Arredondo
Grant, known formerly as the Hein Place and
                          Place
more recently as the Ramsey^and joining lands of
William Colson and others measuring and containing
one Thousand acres more or less, and having such
shape and form and marks as will appear by
referance to the map of the Arredondo Grant
maid in conformity with the survey and descrip
ion thereof under the direction of the Commis-
sioners appointed by the Superior Court of the Dis
trict of East Florida at the June Term of 1845
