Sell alien remise release, Enfeoff, convey and confirm
unto the Said party of the Second part, all that
certain Lot or gore, of Land, with the water runn
ing through the Same and all water privileges and
appertinances in any way connected, with it and
known as a Small gore of Land, lying on a branch
of Hogtown Creek on Section 26, Township 9, Range
18 Said gore is the place, on which the Said party
of the Second part, had built a Cotton gin and begins
north at a certain white, bay tree, and runs down the
creek South about thirty five Steps to a Small white
Oak tree, from Said white oak tree, to a post East
the distance is about twelve Steps from the white
bay tree, to a post, East, the distance is five Steps
Together, with all and Singular the tenaments Her
aditaments rights members, privileges and appe
rtenances, to the Same belonging or in anywise
appertaining, and the reversions and reversions, re-
mainder & remainders, rents issues and profits
thereof, and all the Estate right, intrest and title
Dower and right of Dower, property possession
claim and demand whatsoever of the Said par
ties of the first part, either at Law or in Equity
of in and to the Said lot, or gore of land, and premises
and every part, and parcel, thereof, with the appertanances
to have and to hold all and Singular the Said gore
of Land, and every part and parcel thereof with the
appertainances unto the Said party of the Second
part his heirs Executors and administrators the
Said and assigns to his own benefit, and behoof
forever in fee Simple and the Said parties of the
first part, for themselves their heirs Executors,
Administrators the Said lot and gore of Land
and appertainances, unto the Said party of the
Second part, his heirs Executors and assigns and
against all and every other person or persons
whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim
the Same, by from through or under them or
either of them Shall and will by these presence for
ever warrant and defend, In witness whereof
the Said parties of the first part have hereunto
