at Newnansville Florida containing forty
one acres. In the whole (1) one hundred and sixty
four, 100/000 acres, with all the appertainances and all
right title interest claim and demands of or to
the premises To have and to hold the same with
all the appertaining unto the said Hardy Stu
ckey, and his heirs in fee simple forever and I
the said David B. Williamson for my self and 
my heirs do hereby covenant and agree to and
with the said Hardy Stuckey, and his heirs and as-
signs that I am the owner of the land & prem
ises and am seized of a good and indefeasable
Estate of inheritance, there in and that I have
full right and power to convey the same in
fee simple absolute, that the said premises are
free and clear from all incumbrances that the
said Hardy Stuckey his heirs and assigns may
forever hereafter have hold possess and enjoy the
same with out any suit or molestation or inte
ruption by any person whatsoever lawfully clai
ming therein and that I the said David B.
Williamson and all persons therein after at the re-
quest and expense of my self and heirs and assigns and
administrators make all further assurances as for
the more effectual conveying of the premises with
the appertainances as may be reasonably request of
him or them and that I the said David B. Will
iamson and my heirs will warrant and defend
the said premises with the appertainances unto
the said Hardy Stuckey and his heirs and assigns
forever, In witness whereof I have hereunto
set my hand and seal, this the fifteenth day of
December AD 1856

Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents that
I Irene Williamson wife of the within named
David B. Williamson for and in consideration
of the sum of two thousand dollars to me paid in
hand by the within H. Stuckey whereby relin
quish and renounce all my Dower and right and
title to Dower in and to the premises mention
ed in the within Indenture to the said Hardy
Stuckey and I do hereby acknowledge that the
said relinquishment and renunciation of
Dower is made freely and voluntarily and
without any compulsion constraint or apprehension
