State of Florida Irene Williamson to me well
known to be the person who Executed the above 
relinquishment of Dower and acknowledged
that she had Executed the same freely and
voluntarily and without any compulsion
constraint or apprehension or fear of or from
her said husband and I certify that said ac=
knowledgement was maid separate and apart
from her said husband Witness my hand and

Alachua County   } This Indenture made on the 10th day
of December in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight
hundred and fifty six between Musco Boulwere and
Serena Bowlwere, his wife of the first part and
Martha Bowlware and Thomas P. Bowlwere her son
of the second part all of the State and County aforesd 
Witnesseth That, for and in consideration of the Sum
of, Two thousand four hundred dollars to them in
hand paid at and before the signing and sealing here
of, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged the said
parties of the first part have bargained sould given
