Newnansville Florida containing one hundred and
sixty four and 80/100 acres, Also the fractional section el-
even in Township nine of Range twenty two in the
District of Lands Subject to sale at Newnansville
Florida, containing Twenty four and 68/100 acres also
the south half of the South west quarter of Section
fifteen and East half of the North East quarter of
Section twenty two in Township nine south of
Range Twenty two East containing one hundred
and fifty nine 27/100 acres To have and to hold the
above mentioned and described parcels of Land togeth
er with all and singular the improvements and
appertanances to the same belonging or in anywise
appertaining in fee simple forever unto the said
parties of the second part, their heirs Executors
administrators and assigns and the said par
ties of the first part for themselves their heirs Ex-
ecutors and administrators covenant and agree
with  the said parties of the second part, are seized
in fee of the above granted premises that they are
free from all incumbrances, that they have good
right to sell and convey the same to the said
parties of the second part, and that they will and
their heirs Executors and administrators shall
warrant and defend the same forever unto the
said parties of the second part, their heirs and 
assigns, against the lawful claimes and demands
of all persons whomsoever. In Witness whereof
