County of Alachua } Know all men by these presents
that I Leander Ayers of the County and State aforesaid
in consideration of the sum of five hundred Dol-
lars to me in hand paid by George W. Kitler of the
Same place. The receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
do hereby give grant, bargain sell and convey
unto the said foregoing Kitler his heirs and
assigns a certain tract or parcel of Land with the
Buildings & apertainences to the same belonging
Situated in said County and Bound and described
as follows, Lot No seven and Eight of Section No
Nine In Township No nine South of Range
twenty two East also Lots, No One and Two of
the North East quarter Section No nine Township
No nine South of Range twenty two containing
one hundred forty nine and 40/100. To have and to hold the
above granted premises to the said George W.
Kirtlin to his heirs and assigns to his and their
use and behoof forever and I the said Leander
Ayres, for my self my Executors and administra
tors do covenant, with the said George W. Kirtlin
his heirs and assigns that I am lawfully seized
in fee simple of the afore granted premises that
they are free from all incumbrances that I have
good right to sell and convey the same to the
said George W. Kitler his heirs and assigns as
aforesaid and that I will and my heirs and assigns
Executors and administrators shall warrant and
defend the same to the said George W. Kitler his
heirs and assigns forever as aforesaid against the
lawful claims and demands of all persons. In wit
ness whereof, I the said Leander Ayers and I
Mary Ayers wife of the said Leander Ayers in
token of my release of all right or title of or to
Dower in the granted premises have here unto
set my hand and seal, This the first day of Jany
