Alachua County   } Justice of the peace in and for
said County personally came Leander Ayers and
Mary Ayers wife of the said Leander Ayers to me well
known and acknowledged that they Executed the
fore mentioned deed for the purposes therein

State of Florida } Know all men by these presents
Alachua County   } that I S.S. Boone of the State
and County aforesaid for and in consideration
of the sum of thirteen hundred dollars to me in
hand paid by Tersza Williams of the State and
County aforesaid. The receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged do hereby give grant bargain sell
and convey unto the said Tersza Williams his
heirs and assigns a certain parcel or tract
of land, with the Buildings there on and all
the privileges and appertenainces to the same
belonging situate in the said County and
bounded and described as follows to wit Lots
No one and two (1 & 2) of the north East quarter
of Section nine (9) in Township Nine (9) south
of Range twenty two East, also Lot No Eight (8)
of section No four (4) Township Nine (9) south of
Range number twenty two East and also Lots
No seven and Eight (7 & 8) of section No nine (9)
in township No nine (9) South of Range No tw
enty two East containing in all two hundre
d and sixteen acres & 70/100 To have and to hold the
above granted premises to the said Tersza Williams
her heirs and assigns to her and their use and behoff
forever and I the said S.S. Boone for my self my
my heirs Executors and administrators do covenant
with the said Terza Williams her heirs and assigns
that I am Lawfully Seized in fee simple of the
afore granted premises that they are free from
all incumbrances that I have good right to
sell and convey the same to the said Terza Williams
her heirs and assigns forever as aforesaid and that
I will and my heirs Executors and administrators
shall warrant and defend the same to the said Terza
Williams her heirs and assigns forever against the
Lawful claims and demands of all persons whom
soever, In testimony whereof I the said S.S. Boone
have hereunto set my hand and seal this the 
fifth day of January, In the year of our Lord one
Thousand Eight hundred and fifty seven
