for and in consideration of the sum of twenty
two hundred dollars to him paid by the said party
of the second part the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged hath bargained and sould and by
these presents, doth bargain and sell unto the

of Range nineteen (19) East and the west half
of South East quarter, North East quarter of 
south west quarter and South East quarter of
North west quarter of Section No Eleven in Town
ship No Eight (8) south of Range nineteen
(19) East and the South west quarter of North
East quarter of Section no Eleven (11) In township
No Eight (8) south of Range No nineteen
(19) East and the south west quarter of North
East quarter of section no eleven (11) In township
No eight (8) south of Range No nineteen (19)
East, containing in all 361 40/100 acres more or less
together with all and singular hereditaments
and appertainances thereunto belonging or in
any wise appertaining, and the reversion and
reversions remainder and remainders rents is
sues and profits thereof and also all the Estate right
title interest claim and demand whatsoever of him
the said party of the first part either in law or
Equity of in and to the above bargained premises
and every part and parcel thereof to have and to
hold to the said party of the second part his
heirs and assigns to the sole and only proper
use benefit and behoof of the said party of the
second part his heirs and assigns forever In tes-
