lying and being in the County of Alachua upon
and adjacent to Paynes Prairie and known as Roc
ky Point or the McIntosh tract containing about
fifteen hundred acres Originally Granted to George
I.F. Clark being part of a grant of Twenty Thous
and acres maid to Said Clark in 1817 and conveyed
by said Clark to Belton A. Copp in 1823 and sub
sequently conveyed Said Copp to John M. Mc
intosh Since deceased being the Same Land
Sold and described in a deed of conveyance da
ted the third day of January AD 1857 by Henry
R. Sadler Jr. as the attorney in point of Francis
S. Sabason and Frances A. Sabason the interest of Said
Infant being a one fifth of Said tract or parcel
of Land r***** ******. To have and to hold the
Said undivided fifth interest in Said premises
together with all the appurtenances thereto in
any wise appertaining and belonging to the Said
Edward Haile his heirs and assigns to his and their
only proper use benefit and behoof forever In

This Indenture made this twenty ninth day of
November in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight
hundred and fifty Six between Patrick Philips of the
State of Florida and County of Duval of the first part
and Andrew I. Philips of the State of Florida and County
of Duval aforesaid of the second part. Witnesseth That
