and the said party of the second part his heirs Executors
and Administrators thereof and therefrom forever re-
quited and discharged Hath granted bargained sold aliened
remised enfeoffed released conveyed and confirmed and by
these presents Doth grant bargain sell alien re-
mise enfeoff release convey and confirm unto the
said party of the second part his heirs Executors
Administrators and assigns all those certain tr-
acts, parcels or lots of land and premises situate
lying and being in the State of Florida aforesaid
and known by the survey in the General Land
office as Lot Number One of Section thirty six in

of an acre. Also the North half of Lot Number
Four of Section, in Township Eight south of 
range Twenty three East containing Forty acres
and the whole taken together containing one hun
dred and twenty acres and thirty seven one hundredths
of and Acres. Together with all and singular the
tenaments hereditaments rights members pri-
veleges, and appertainances, To the same belonging
or in any wise appertaining and the reversion
and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents issues
and prfits thereof and also all the Estate rights
titles interests profits possession claims and demands
whatsoever of the said party of the first part as
well at law and at Equity of in or to the said de-
scribed tracts Lots or parcels of land and premises
and every part and parcel thereof with the appertain-
ances. To have To hold, all and singular the said
described Tracts Lots or parcels of Land and prem
ises and every part and parcel thereof with the
appertainances unto the said party of the sec-
ond part, his heirs Executors Administrators
and assigns, to his and their own proper use
benefit and behoof forever in fee simple And the
said party of the first part for himself his heirs
Executors Administrators the said tracts or Lots
and parcels of Land and premises with all and sin
gular the tenaments hereditaments rights
members privileges and appertainances unto the
said party of the second part his heirs Executors
Administrators and assigns against the said par
ty of the first part his heirs Executors Administra
tors and against all and every other person and persons
lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any
part thereof by through or under him them or
