Philips wife of Patrick Philip the grantor in the
foregoing Indenture, for and in consideration of the prem

hand by Andrew Philips the party of the second part to
said Indenture well and truly paid at and before the
ensealing and delivery thereof the receipt whereof is here
by acknowledged Have renounced and relinquished and by
these presents do renounce and forever relinquish
unto the said party of the second part his heirs Ex-
cutors Administrators and assigns all my Dower

in the foregoing Indenture to me well known and ackno-
wledged in all form of Law that he signed sealed &
delivered the said Indenture for the purposes therein
mentioned And also on the same day before me came
personally Christine Philips known to me as the
wife of the said Patrick Philips the grantor in the
foregoing Indenture and acknowledged in due form
of Law, Separate and apart from her husband that the
foregoing renunciation of Dower was maid by her
freely and voluntarily and with out any compulsion
constraint apprehension or fear of or from her said
