State of Florida} Know all men by these presents
that we Sidonia A Salvador, wife of F.S. Salvador
in her own wright and F.S. Salvador who joins his
Said wife for the purposes of affecting a good and valid 
Sale of Land by Henry R. Sadler Jr. their lawful attny in fact
of the County of Duval and State of Florida parties of
the first part and Edward Haile of the County of Alach-
ua and State of Florida of the Second part, Witnesseth
that for and in consideration of the Sum of Two
Thousand two hundred** Dollars to him in hand
paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
at and before the ensealing and delivery of these pres
ents do grant bargain Sell remise release and
confirm unto the Said party of the Second part
his heirs and assigns all the right title and interest
of the Said parties of the first part The same being
one Eighth part of all that certain tract or parcel of
land lying and being in the County of Alachua
aforesaid and adjacent to Paynes Prairie and known
as Rockey Point, or the McIntosh tract, containing
about fifteen hundred acres, Same granted to
George I.F. Clark by the Spanish Government in
the year of our Lord one Thousand Eight hundred
and Seventeen and bounded on the North by lands
now or recently owned by Duncan L. Clinch and John
T. Garey on the East by section twenty nine on the Sou
th by Section twenty one in the Arredondo Grant ow-
ned by Bnj. A. Putnam and also by Section Thirty
Six in Said Grant last above mentioned and on the
West by lands owned or recently owned by George I.F. Clark
Said Granted premises lying and being in Town
Ship Ten South of Range Nineteen and Twenty; to
gether with all and Singular the hereditaments and
appurtenances thereunto in any wise belonging To
have and to hold the above granted bargained Sould
and hereby Conveyed premises with the appurtenances there
of Together with the right Title and interest of the Said
party of the first part therein unto the Said party
of the Second part his heirs and assigns forever
And the Said parties of the first part by their attorney
