Eighth part of the above described premises That She has
good right to sell and convey the Same: that the
Said interest is free from all incumbrances that
the Said one eighth interest in Said tract or
parcel of land together with the appurtenances agai

or persons whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim
the Same Shall and will forever defend and warrant
