that he the said Edward Haile his heirs Executors and
Administrators and assigns Shall and lawfully may
from time to time and at all times hereafter peaceably
and quietly have hold use occupy possess and enjoy the
Said tract or parcel of Land with the tenements her
editaments and premises hereby granted or mentioned
or intended so to be with the appurtenances aforesaid
without the let hinderance or molestation of him
the Said Henry A. Clinch his heirs Executors Admin
-istrators or assigns or of any other person or persons
whatsoever by or with his their or either of their let
means consent privilege or procurement, And further
that the Said Henry A. Clinch his heirs executors
Administrators and assigns, and all and every other
person or persons lawfully claiming or to claim by
through or under him them or any of them Shall
and will from time to time and at all times hereafter
upon the reasonable request of Edward Haile his heirs
Executors Administrators and assigns make and Execute
or cause to be made and executed, all and every Such further
and other, lawful and reasonable act or acts, deed or
deeds whatsoever for the further better, and more perfect and
absolute assurances and confirmation of the Said tract
or parcel of land tenements hereditaments and premises
hereby granted or mentioned or intended so to be with
the appurtenances as aforesaid unto him the Said Ed
ward Haile his heirs Executors Administrators and
assigns as by him or them Shall be reasonably reques
ted And the Said Henry A. Clinch for himself
his heirs Executors Administrators and assigns doth
further covenant promise and agree to and with the
Said Edward Haile his heirs Executors Administrators
and assigns but these presents that he the Said Henry
A. Clinch his heirs Executors Administrators and
assigns by these presents that he the said Henry A.
Clinch his heirs executors Administrators and
assigns the above mentioned and described tract or
parcel of land with the tenements hereditaments
and appurtenances as aforesaid unto him the Said
Edward Haile his heirs Executors Administrators
and assigns against him the Said Henry A. Clinch
his heirs Executors Administrators and assigns
and against all and every other person or persons
whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim by
through or will forever warrant and defend by these
