possession claim and demand whatsoever both at Law
and in Equity of them the Said parties of the first
part of in and to or out of the same to have and to hold
the Said tract or parcel of Land hereditaments and
premises hereby granted or mentioned or intended
to be with the appurtenances as aforesaid unto him
the Said party of the second part his heirs Executors Ad
ministrators and assigns to his and their only proper
use benefit and behoof forever and the Said parties of
the first part for themselves their heirs Executors,
Administrators and assigns do Severally and not Jointly
not the one for the other or for the act or deed of the
other but each for his or her act only covenant prom
ise and agree to and with the Said party of the Second
part his heirs Executors Administrators and assigns by
these presents that he the Said party of the Second part his
heirs Executors Administrators or assigns Shall
and lawfully may from time to time and at all times
peaceably and quietly have hold and occupy possess and en
Joy the Said tract or parcel of land with the tenements
hereditaments appurtenances as aforesaid without the Let
hinderance or molestation of the Said party of the first
part their heirs Executors Administrators or assigns or any
of them or any other person or persons whomsoever by
or with their or other of their acts means consent, privilege
or procurement, And further that they the Said parties
of the first part and their and each of their heirs
Executors Administrators and assigns and all and
every other person or persons lawfully claiming or
to Claim by through from to under them or any
of them Shall and will from time to time and at
all times hereafter at the reasonable request of the
Said party of the Second part his heirs executors Ad
ministrators and assigns make do and execute or
cause to be procured or made and executed all and
any Such further and other reasonable lawful act or
acts or deed in the Law whatsoever for the further
better more perfect and absolute assurance and confir
mation of the said tract or parcel of land with the
tenements hereditaments and appurtenances any
one said unto the Said party of the second part
his heirs Executors Administrators or assigns or by
him or them Shall be reasonably requested And
further that the Said parties of the first part their
and each of their heirs Executors Administrators and
assigns the Said tract or parcel of land with the
tenements hereditaments appurtenances aforesaid unto
the Said party of the second part his heirs Executors
Administrators and assigns against them the Said
parties of the first part their and each of their heirs
Executors Administrators and assigns and against
all and every other person whomsoever lawfully
Claiming or to Claim by from or under their
