as aforesaid of in and to a certain tract of Land
Situate lying and being in the County of Alachua
State of Florida and containing about fifteen hund
acres Known as the McIntosh or Rockey Point
tract and more particularly described in a deed
from Catharine A. Sadler to Said Edward Haile
bearing date twenty third day of Sept AD 1854
and only admitted to record in the Clerk's Office
of the Circuit Court of the County of Alachua &
State of Florida To have and to hold the aforesaid
Interest and premises herein conveyed unto the
Said party of the second part his heirs and assigns
forever in fee simple and the Said party of the first
part for himself his heirs Executors Administrators
unto the Second party of the Second part his heirs
and assigns the title to Said Indenture hereby
Conveyed doth freely covenant and agree forever
to warrant and defend against the lawful Claims
of themselves and all others Claiming by under or
through them or either or any of them by vir-
tue of these presents In Testamony whereof I have

A. Salvador formerly and before my intermarriage
with Francis S. Salvador, Sidonia A. McIntosh
of the State of Kentucky United States of America
for divers good causes and consideration we hereunto
we hereunto moveing do by these presents nominate Con
stitute and appoint my true and worthy friend He
nry R. Sadler of the County of Duval and State of Florida
in the United States of America my true and lawful
attorney in fact, for me and in my name to do
perform Execute and transact all and all manner
bearings connected with the Estate of John H. McIntosh
lately deceased in which I may be Interested Either a
Legatee distributee or otherwise To receive for me
all monies or other things of value and in my name
to Execute all acquitance or receipt therefore or for
me and in my name to Sign all or any deed of con
veyance Bill of Sale and all and all manner of proper
necessary to the protection of my Interest in the
premises hereby ratifying and confirming all and
