and Seventeen which Saud tract of land was con
veyed by the Said George I.F. Clark to one Belton
A. Copp in the year Anno Domini Eighteen hundred
and twenty three and Subsequently conveyed by
the Said Belton A. Copp to Jon H. McIntosh
Senior deceased Being in the Arredondo Grant
and Bounded on the North by lands owned at the date
of this Indenture or recently by the Estate of Duncan
L. Clinch and Jon Y. Garey and the East by Sec=
tion twenty nine on the South by Section thirty
one in the Said Arredondo Grant owned by
B.A. Putman and also by Section thirty Six in
the Said last mentioned Grant owners name un
known and on the West by lands at the date of this
Indenture or recently by George I.F. Clark the Said
tract or parcel of land lying and being in Township
ten South of Ranges nineteen and twenty now
this Indenture witnesseth that the Said party of the
first part for and in consideration of the Sum of
four thousand five hundred dollars to them in hand
paid at and before the ensealing of these presents
the Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath
Granted bargained Sould aliened remised released
transfered assigned conveyed and confirmed and by
these presents doth bargain Grant Sell alien re-
mise release transfer assign convey and confirm
unto the Said party of the second part the Said
Tract or parcel of land herein before mentioned and
described together with the houses outhouses buildings
barns ways woods waters, water courses, rights lib
erties, privileges hereditaments and appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in any way appertaining
And the remainder and remainders reversion and 
reversions rents issues and profits thereof and al-
so all the estate right title interest property possessi
on Claim and demand whatsoever both at law and
Equity of him the Said party of the first part of
in to or out of the Same To have and to hold the
Said tract or parcel of land hereditaments and prem
ises hereby granted or mentioned or intended so to be
with the appurtenances as aforesaid unto him the Said
party of the Second part his heirs Executors Adminis
trators and assigns to his and their only proper use
benefit and behoof forever And the Said party of the
first part for himself his heirs Executors Administra
tors and assigns do covenant promise and agree to
and with the Said party of the second part his heirs
Executors Administrators and assigns by these prese
sents that he the Said party of the Second part his heirs
Executors Administrators and assigns Shall and
lawfully may from time to time and at all times
hereafter peaceably and quietly have hold use
