occupy possess and enjoy the Said tract or parcel
of Land with the hereditaments and appertanances afore
Said Without the let hinderance or molestation of
the Said party of the first part his heirs Executors
Administrators and assigns or any of them or any
other person or persons whomsoever by his act means
consent or procurement and further that he the Said
party of the first part and each of his heirs Executors
Administrators and assigns and any person lawfully
Claiming by through or under him Shall and will
from time to time when necessary make and Ex
ecute any act or acts for the more perfect and ab
Solute assurance of the Said tract of land with the
