sents that I Samuel S. Boone of the State and
County aforesaid for and in consideration of
of the sum of one thousand dollars to and in
hand paid at and before the ensealing and
delivery of these presents by Thomas Frasier of
the same place the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged. I do, hereby give grant barga
in sell and convey unto the said Thomas Fra
sier his heirs and assigns a certain tract or
parcel of land with the buildings thereon st-
anding and all the priveleges and appertainan
