of Alachua and State of Florida and described as
follows to the South west quarter and West half of the
north west quarter in Section Thirteen and the north
half of the North west quarter in Section twenty four
and East half of South East quarter and South
west quarter of the South East quarter in Section
fourteen East all in Township Eight South of
range nineteen in the district of Lands subject
to sale at Newnansville Florida containing four
hundred and fifty one acres with all the appertainances
and all right title interest claim and demand of
in or to the premises to have and to hold the same
with the appertainances unto the said Joseph A.
Scott and his heirs and assigns in fee simple
forever, and I the said Thomas Frasier for my
self my heirs and assigns do hereby covenant and
agree to and with the said Joseph A. Scott and his
heirs and assigns that I am now the owner of the
said premises and am seized of a good and inde-
feasable Estate of inheritance there in and that I
have full right and power to convey the same in
fee simple absolute that the said premises are free
and clear from all incumbrances that the said
Joseph A. Scott and his heirs and assigns may
forever hereafter have hold possess and enjoy the
the same without any suit molestation or inter-
ruption by any person whatever lawfully claim
ing any right therein and that I the said Thos
Frasier and all persons hereafter claiming under
me will at any time hereafter at the request and ex
pense of the said Joseph A. Scott his heirs and as
signs make all such further assurances for
the more effectual possession of said premises with
the appertainances as may be reasonably requested
of him or them, and that I the said Thomas Frasier
and my heirs will warrant and defend the said
premises with the appertainances unto the said
Joseph A. Scott his heirs and assigns forever
