Alachua County   } Know all men by these presen
ts, that I George W. Kitler of the State and County
and State for and in consideration of the sum of
the sum of one thousand dollars to me in hand
paid by Samuel S. Boon of the same place the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged & I do here
by give grant bargain sell and convey unto
the said Samuel S. Boon his heirs and assigns
a certain tract or parcel of land with the buil-
dings thereon standing and all the privileges apper
tainances belonging to the same. Situated in said
County and bounded and described as follows Lots
No seven and Eight of Section No nine in Township
No nine south of range No twenty two East
also lots No one and two of the north east quarter
of section No nine Township No nine South
of Range No twenty two East containing in
all Two hundred and sixteen acres & 80/100 To have
and to hold the above granted premises to the said
Samuel S. Boon his heirs and assigns To his and their
use and behoof forever and I the said George
W. Kitler for myself my heirs Executors and Ad-
ministrators do covenant, with the said Samuel
S. Boone his heirs and assigns that I am lawful-
ly seized in fee simple of the afore granted premises
that they are free form all incumbrances that
I have good right to sell and convey the
same to the said Samuel S. Boon his heirs
Executors and assigns as aforesaid and that I will
and my heirs Executors & Administrators shall
warrant and defend the same to the said Samuel
S. Boon his heirs and assigns forever as aforesaid
against the lawful claims and demands of all
persons. In witness whereof I hereunto set
my hand and seal this the 4 day of Jany in the
year of our Lord, One thousand Eight hundred and fifty
six
