Treasurer of said County the receipt whereof is hereby ac=
knowledged, have bargained sould released conveyed
and confirmed unto Samuel B. McLin his heirs
and assigns the following Lot of Land in the town of
Gainesville Viz lot 3, Block 3 Range 4 and I
Andrew Robb by Virtue of the power vested in me,
as Judge of Probate for my self as Such Judge and for
my Successors in office do and will by these presents
forever warrant and defend the premises aforesaid to the
Said Samuel B. McLin and to his heirs and assigns
In Witness whereof I have hereunto Set my hand
and affixed my private Seal there being no Seal
of Office this (25) twenty fifth day of March 1857

ica paid by Daniel Lynn to James B. Bailey
Treasurer of Said County the Receipt whereof
