that I George W. Boston Judge of Probate in and
for Said County, for and in consideration of the
Sum of one Hundred and fifty dollars Paid by J.P.
C. Massey to the Treasurer of the County of Alachua
as per receipt the receipt whereof is hereby ackno
wledged hath granted bargained Sould released
conveyed and confirmed and by these presents doth ba
rgain grant Sell and convey and confirm unto
J.P.C. Massey his heirs and assigns the following
lots of Land Lot No 1 Range 3 Block 2 & Lot
No 3 Block two Range 3, and Lot No 4 Block
2 Range 3 all of Said lots lying and being in the
town of Gainesville in Said County To have
and to hold the Said lots of land to him the Said
John P.C. Massey his heirs and assigns and the
Said George W. Boston Judge of probate in and
