Alachua County } Know all men by these presents
that I Andrew Robb Judge of Probate in and
for the said State and County for and in consid-
eration of the sum of one hundred and sixty six
dollars and ninety six cts, lawful money of the
United States of America paid by J.P.C.
Massey to James B. Bailey, Treasurer of said
County the receipt whereof is hereby acknowled
ged have bargained sould released conveyed and
confirmed unto the said J.P.C. Massey his
heirs and assigns the following Lots of Land in the
Town of Gainesville Viz, Lot 1, Block 4 Range 3,
Block 2 Range 4 and I the said Andrew Ro
bb by virtue of the power vested in me as Judge
of Probate for myself as such Judge and for
my successors in office do and will by these
presents do release, warrant and defend the
premises aforesaid to the said J.P.C. Massey and
to his heirs and assigns In witness whereof I have
set my hand and seal of office this third day of
March 1857.

Alachua County } This Indenture
made the third day of March AD 1856 be-
tween George B. Ellis Sheriff of said County
of the first part and David J. Ridaught of the
same place of the second part, Whereas by virtue
of a writ of fieri facias issued out of the Circuit
Court holden in and for the County of Alachua
and to the said Sheriff delivered he was commanded
that of the goods and chattles lands and tenaments
of T.S. Prevat & Co favour of Drapier & Eleerridge &
others Plaintiffs in Executions he causes to be
made the sum of Seven thousand and fifty six
dollars and Eighty four cts with Interest thereon
and cost of such which the said Drapier and others |
