and the Said party of the Second part his heirs and
assigns forever released and discharged from the Same
by these pesents, have granted, bargained Sould al-
iened released and Conveyed and Confirmed and by
these pesents, do grant, bargain Sell alien releas
convey and confirm unto the Said party of the
Second part, his heirs and assigns forever All that
tract or parcel of Land lying and being in the
County of Alachua, State of Florida and designated
on the plan annexed to the deed of Moses Elias Levy
to Joseph M. White and there with recorded by
the number three (3) and the name of P. Horne
Containing Sixteen hundred and Sixty Six acres
being part of a tract of twenty two thousand acres
parceled to George I.F. Clark on the Seventeenth
day of December Eighteen hundred and Seventeen
in the Hammocks of Cuscowilla and Chacula, west
of the St Johns River: Twenty thousand acres whereof
were confirmed to the Said Moses Elias Levy by the
Supreme Court of the United States according to
the Survey of the Second of August in the year Eigh
teen hundred and nineteen,
Together with all and Singular the Edifices buil
dings rights members, privileges advantages heredit
aments, and appertainances to the Same belonging
or in any wise appertaining and the reversion
and reversions remainder and remainders, rents
issues and profits thereof, and also all the Estate
right title Interest Claim and demand whatsoever
both in law or Equity which Said testator has
in his life time and at the time of his disceas, and
which the Said parties of the first part, or either
of them, has or hath, by virtue of the Said last
will and testament or other wise in and to the Same
and every part and parcel thereof, with the apper-
tainances To have and to hold the Said pemises
above mentioned and described, and hereby granted
and conveyed or intended So to be with the apper
tainances unto the Said party of the Second
part, his heirs and assigns to his and their only
proper use benefit and behoof for ever, and the par
ties of the first part covenant grant promis and
agree to and with the Said party of the Second
part, his heirs and assigns Shall and
lawfully may from time to time and at all times
forever hereafter peaceably and quietly have hold
use occupy, possess and enjoy, all and Singular
the Said hereditaments and pemises hereby gr
anted and conveyed or intended So to be with their
and every of their appertainances and receive
and take the rents issues and profits thereof to
and for his and their own use and benefit with
