State of Florida } Whereas I M.S. Perry, of the
Alachua County   } State of Florida and County of
Alachua, did Execute a deed to Mrs Terza Will-
iams of the State and County, aforesaid on or about the
first of Janay 1853, to a certain tract or pacel
of Land, Known as Section Twenty Six (26) Town
Ship Nine (9) and Range twenty one (21) con
taining Six hundred and thirty nine 72/100 acres Situat
ed within the Arrodonda Grant, State and
County aforesaid and adjoining lands, belong
ing to Said Terza Williams and others, and where
as Said deed has been lost without having been re-
corded Therefore I Said M.S. Perry, at the Solo
citation of Said Terza Williams do by these
pesents, Execute this my second deed to the above
described pemises And I the Said Perry for and in
Consideration of Six hundred and forty dollars, the
original price to me in hand paid at the time of
executing the 1st deed have bargained Sould and
by these pesents do bargain Sell, release, deliver & Con
vey unto the aforesaid Terza Williams the above men
tioned Tract of Land together with all the rights
members, hereditaments and appertainances incident
thereto or belonging or in any wise appertaining; and
I hereby bind myself my heirs Executors and as-
Signs to warrant and forever defend unto the
aforesaid Terza Williams her heirs Executors and
assigns the Title to the above described pemises
against all person or persons lawfully claiming
the same or any part thereof, In Witness whereof
I hereunto set my hand and affix my seal this
the 27th day of March 1857

Wm F. Perry one of the Justices of the peace in and
for the County of Alachua Martha P. Perry, wife of
the within named M.S. Perry and upon being Sepa-
rately and privately examined and say that she
did freely voluntarily and without dread or
compulsion from any person or persons whom
soever renounce release alienate and forever re
linquish all her right title or interest in the
within described tract of Land, unto the within
named Terza Williams her heirs executors and
