Alachua County Know all men by these presents that
whereas William Axen has this day exibited to me
the Receipt in full of James B. Bailey, County
Treasurer for Lot No Two (2) Block No Three (3)
of Range No four (4) in the Town of Gainesville
Florida. Now this Indenture Witnesseth that I Lemuel
Wilson Clerk of the Circuit Court, of Alachua
County and State aforesaid & Ex officia Judge of Probate
in Consequence of a vacancy occuring in Said
office of Judge in consideration of the premises above
named hath given granted, bargained, sold and
by these presents do give grant, bargain, Sell and
convey unto the Said William Axen and to his heir
and assigns forever all that tract or Lot of
Land above described. And to the Said Lemuel Wilson
by Virture of the power vested in me by my
office aforesaid for my self as Such Judge and for
my successors in office, do and will forever warrant
and defend the premises aforesaid to the Said William
Axen his heirs and assigns Witness my hand &
Seal this 18 February AD 1857.

This Indenture made and entered into this the fifteenth
day of January AD one thousand Eight hundred
and fifty Seven between Joseph P. Warren of the County
of Alachua and State of Florida of the first part
and John B. Stanley of the same place of the Second
part Witnesseth That the Said party of the first part
for and in consideration of the Sum of Three hundred
and Seventy five dollars to him in hand paid by the
Said party of the Second part at and before the ensealing
and delivering of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged hath given granted, bargained Sould
Conveyed and confirmed and by these presents doth
