give grant bargain Sell, Convey, and confirm
with the Said party of the second part all that certain
tract or parcel of Land Situated lying and being in
the County of Alachua and state aforesaid well Known
and described on the official plat of Survey in the United
States land Office at Newnansville Florida as the North
half of Lot No (7) seven of Section twenty Eight (28)
Township Eight north of Range nineteen (191) East,
also that portion of Lot No. Six (6) in Said Section
Township and Range described and bounded as follows
To Wit Commencing at the North West corner of
Lot Seven No Seven above named
and running west to the north west corner of lot
No Six (6) thence to the point where said line would
intersect the Northern Boundry of what is Known as
Fernandez Grant, thence Eastwardly along Said
boundry to the North East Corner of Said Grant
thence Northwardly or Northwestardly to the North
West Corner of the forty acre tract first described in
this indenture according to the plat or plan hereunto
described containing in all Seventy five acres more
or less & being the Tract or Space enclosed within the
allotted lines in Said place or tract.
     To Have and to hold all and Singular the afore
granted premises with the appertainances thereinto
belonging or in any wise appertaining
unto the Said party of the second part and to
his heirs and assigns forever and I the said party 
of the first part for myself my heirs Executors
Administrators do hereby covenant to agree to and
with the said party of the second part, that at the time
of making and delivery of these presents, I am Seized
of a good and indefeasible Estate in the premises above
described and that I have full power and right and
authority to Sell and convey the same in fee Simple,
absolutely as therein done or intended So to be and I
the Said party of the first part, for my self my heirs
Executors and Administrators, do hereby covenant
and agree to warrant and defend the afore granted premises
to the Said party of the Second part his heirs &
assigns forever against the lawful claims of all persons
what soever Witness my hand and Seal this the day
and year first above written
