Sum of Two Thousand dollars to me in hand paid
by Samuel E. Plowden in County and State afore
Said the Receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge ha-
ve granted bargained Sould and Conveyed and do by
these pesents give grant bargain Sell and convey un
to the Said Samuel E. Plowden the following parcel
and peice of Land Situate in the County of Ala-
chua and State aforesaid Known as the North East
quater of the north west quater of Section Eleven
and the South half of Lot No Six (6) and the Lot number
seven (7) of Section two in Township Eight South
of Range nineteen East in the District of Land sub-
ject to Sale at Newnansville Florida containing
one hundred and forty two acres and ninty Seven
hundredths of an acre Also the following lot known
as the north west quater of the north East quater
of Section Eleven Township Eight South of Range
nineteen East containing forty one 14/100 acres
Also north half of lot number Eight quater of Se-
ction No Two in Township no Eight South of
Range no nineteen East Containing Thirty two
acres and 85/100 Containing in the whole Two hundred
and Seventeen acres 96/100 with all the privelegs to have
and to hold forever all the privelegs appertainances to
the Same in any wise appertaining or belonging to
have and to hold the aforesaid granted premises unto
the Said Samuel E. Plowden his heirs and assigns
That I am Lawfully Seized in fee simple absolute of the
aforesaid granted premises that they are free from all
encumbrances That I have good right to to Sell and con
vey the Same unto the Said Saml E. Plowden as
aforesaid and that I will and my heirs Executors and
administrators Shall and will defend the Same unto
the Said Samuel E. Plowden his heirs and assigns for
ever against all persons lawfully claiming or to
Claim any part thereof. In Witness whereof I the
said John M. Heirs have Signed Sealed and delivered

Personally Came before S.W. Burnett a Justice of
the peace in and for the County of Alachua State
of Florida Rodg Anne Hires to me well known
wife of Samuel M. Heirs the Grantor of the with-
in deed for the Conveyance of Real Estate for and in
consideration of the premises in Said deed related
as well as in consideration of the Sum of one dollar
to me in hand paid by Samuel E. Plowden the Rece-
ipt whereof is hereby acknowledged do hereby renounce
Release and relinquish unto the Said Samuel E.
Plowden all my right Claim or Equity of Dower
