One thousand Eight hundred and fifty six between
Hesichiah G. Beshell of the State and County afore
Said and Columbus W. Whitley of the Same State
and County of the other part Witnesseth That Hes
ichiah G. Beshell for and in consideration of the
Sum of $425 four hundred and twenty five dollars
to him in hand paid at and before the Sealing and
delivery of these pesents hath bargained granted
